Privacy, plainly.

Effective October 11, 2026. This notice covers the Next Order restaurant consulting inquiry form.

What you share

The form collects your name, restaurant name, email, city, interest, and any phone number or message you choose to provide. Please don’t submit payment details, passwords, or sensitive customer information.

How it is used

Inquiry information is used to evaluate your request and contact you about a workflow review or consulting project. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to automated marketing texts. Campaign labels in the page URL may be saved with the inquiry to understand which outreach prompted it.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible to the site operator through its management tools. Hosting providers process this data to operate the service. We do not sell inquiry information. The website records page views, email-link clicks, review-button clicks, and form starts, along with the page path, referring domain, campaign labels, and time. This analytics feature does not store cookies, visitor identifiers, IP addresses, or full referring URLs. Signed-in owner activity and recognizable bots are excluded. Hosting services may maintain operational logs. Inquiries are also delivered to our business Gmail inbox for follow-up.

Your choices

You can request a correction or deletion by emailing hello.nextorder@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, using the email associated with your original inquiry. We may need to verify the request before making changes. Information is retained as needed to handle inquiries and related business discussions, then removed when no longer needed.
